Korean Chicken Wings Recipe

I love going out for spicy Korean chicken wings, but it’s also easy to bake a tasty version of this wings recipe at home. One of the signature ingredients in Korean hot wings is gochujang, which is a flavorful fermented chili pepper paste. If you can’t find gochujang, then just substitute your favorite BBQ sauce. Your chicken won’t be as “Korean” without gochujang sauce, but the sesame oil and soy sauce will give your baked wings plenty of Asian flavor. And baked chicken wings are easy to cook, less mess and healthier than fried chicken wings, so it’s a great choice for dinner.
